Selam continues its cultural exchange with cultural actors in Zambia!

The Swedish Institute together with the Swedish Embassy in Lusaka arranges a contact trip with the aim to connect Swedish and Zambian cultural and media actor sin order to encourage greater future cooperations. The trip takes place between October 26th and November 1th where Selam’s project manager Johan Egerbladh Eurenius, along with with other Swedish cultural organisations,  will continue to further develop Selam’s earlier exchange and projects in the country.

Selam has earlier worked with various stakeholders within the Zambian culture sector with the support from the Swedish Institute. In 2012 Selam toured with Timbuktu & Damn in the country and in 2013 Selam was involved in the event Sweden@Zambia, where we also arranged surrounding concerts and workshops with Gnucci, Badin, Christian Dinamarca and the South African artist Spoek Mathambo.
