Benachin: new Selam-project for music exchange Gambia – Sweden!

During the late summer and early fall, Selam has initiated a new project with the aim to promote increased music exchange between The Gambia and Sweden. The project consists of two main exchange activities in both directions – where Selam first travels to The Gambia with Swedish artists, to conduct workshops, seminars, study visits, networking meetings and concerts on-site. Thereafter, Selam will travel together with Gambian artists to Sweden for equivalent activities. The project is realised through a support from Musikverket and will be finalised during 2019.
